Buying and owning a brand new executive car should be a pleasurable experience as you waft around, high on the smell of new leather and wood. Knowing that you should have totally reliable and trouble-free motoring at least the next three years or so ought to give you a smug feeling as you drive, but some cars (even very costly ones!) are far from perfect!
